Breaking down walls
The following images are from an upcoming collaborative book project.
Covering various topics related to mental health, sexuality, diet and self worth, these illustrations will serve as a visual summary for the end of each chapter. In order to settle on a direction for the artwork, different styles were experimented with, these can be seen below.
Exploring Options
After reading through the chapter, various ideas / images are sketched out. The strengths and weakness of each compositon are discussed with the author, once the strongest elements are decided upon, work begins on finalising the image.
Space Cowboy
Below are a series of both working + finalised illustrations from “Sosmonaut The Cosmonaut”, a three issue comic series written by Nathan Langridge, designed / drawn / coloured by myself.
